We believe in putting the customer at the centre of our business. Therefore we decided to ensure that we offer a level of service that treats you as an individual 1-2-1 service.

Some people might call this hand holding, others call it 1-2-1 customer service. Whatever your description, we are there to work with you to produce the best possible product.

An electronic proof is emailed for sign off by the you and once an order is recieved a card is printed out and sent for approval. The cards are then only printed on receipt of your confirmation.

 

E-Purchase Only / Bureau

In the future, we will be offering a bureau service. You send us what to print, we just print it, but you do need to supply:

  • artwork/template of what the design of the cards with any variable data marked on the template a file containing the variable data in one of these formats (CSV, MS Excel, Text)
  • any variable images that are required (e.g. personal photographs) which must be named according to a specific field in the data file e.g. membership number
  • an electronic proof is then emailed for sign off by you and the cards only printed on receipt of confirmation.
